Tricolore salad made with Baby Arugula, Endive & Radicchio topped with feta cheese and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Penne alla vodka served with Fileto di Pomodore sauce (tomato & basil). 
Meatballs served with Dianne sauce made with Djon mustard, shallots, cream and a touch of brandy.

MAIN COURSE: CHICKEN VALDOSTANA
Breast of chicken butterfly open stuffed with Prosciutto di Parma, Fontina & Parmesan cheeses served in a light veal stock, red wine and Italian herbs topped with mushroom and sauteed vegetables.
