CHOICE OF APPETIZER

*.PASTA CAVATELLI:   pasta infused with Ricotta cheese served with Chef Andres's special Vodka sauce. (light tomato sauce, vodka liquor and touch of cream.

*. FRIED CALAMARI:   perfectly fried served with a reduction of balsamic vinaigrette dressing and cherry peppers. 

*. CAPRECE:   slices of fresh tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese topped with Basil and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. 

*.  SEAFOOD CLAMS:   stuffed with a mousse of chopped crab meat, scallops and shrimp served with scampi sauce. (lemon, garlic, butter and white wine)

Romaine lettuce tossed with our homemade creamy Caesar dressing, fresh bake in-house croutons and parmesan cheese.

MAIN COURSE CHOICES

1. CUSHINETO:  a layer of chicken & veal stuffed with eggplant, Prosciutto di Parma, Fontina & Parmesan cheeses served with a veal deglazed, red wine and Italian herbs topped with mushroom and sauteed vegetables. 

2. STUFFED GROUPER:  a filet topped with a mousse of chopped crab meat, scallops and shrimp served with a creamy lobster sauce and sauteed vegetables. 

3. HALF MOON RAVIOLI: stuffed with Spinach, Garlic, Italian cheeses served with Fileto di Pomodore sauce (tomato & basil). 

4. BROILED ALASKA WILD SALMON: a filet seasoned with garlic; salt & black pepper served with scampi sauce. (lemon, garlic, butter and white wine) with sauteed vegetables. 

5. NEW YORK SIRLOIN STEAK:  perfectly cooked to your likeness topped with sauteed onions & mushrooms served with mash potato and vegetables. 

6.CHICKEN PARMEGIANE: our signature organic chicken breast lightly breaded and topped with melted mozzarella cheese served over pasta with our Fileto di Pomodore sauce (tomato & basil).
