CHOICE OF APPETIZER

.-  PASTA SACCHETTI  – – – – little bags made of pasta stuffed with Truffle mushroom and Italian cheeses in a vodka sauce (light tomato sauce, vodka liquor and cream). AVAILABLE AS MAIN COURSE

 – CAPRESE – – – – Slices of tomato topped with fresh Mozzarella cheese and basil drizzled with Chef’s balsamic vinaigrette and Capicola meat.

 – FRIED CALAMARI – – – – Served with a reduction of balsamic vinaigrette sauce and cherry peppers.

 .- STUFFED SEAFOOD CLAMS – – – Stuffed with chopped clams, crab meat, scallops and shrimp with lemon sauce.

SALAD INCLUDED

Tricolore Salad made with baby Arugula, Endive and Radicchio topped with Feta cheese and drizzled with homemade balsamic vinegar dressing.

CHOICE OF MAIN COURSE

1.-  VEAL SICILIAN – – sauteed veal scaloppini topped with grilled eggplant, zucchini, melted mozzarella cheese over  capellini pasta with Filetto di Pomodore sauce (tomato & basil). 

2.  STUFFED GROUPER – – A filet topped with a mousse of chopped crab meat, scallops and shrimp served with a delicious  creamy lobster sauce and sauteed vegetables.

3. BROILED GROUPER – – – served with lemon juice, garlic, white wine sauce and sauteed vegetables.

4. NEW YORK SIRLOIN – – – perfectly cooked steak topped with sautéed onions, mushrooms, a touch of Brandy and sauteed vegetables.

5. CHICKEN PARMEGIANNE – – – served with capellini pasta with Filetto di Pomodore sasuce (tomato & basil). 

6. CUSHINETO – – – – chicken & veal stuffed with Prosciutto di Parm, Italian cheeses, eggplant served with a veal deglazed, red wine and Italian seasoning topped with mushrooms and sauteed vegetables.
