  1. Sacchetti * * * Little bags made of pasta stuffed with Truffle mushroom and Italian cheeses served with Chef Andres's special vodka sauce (light tomato sauce, touch of cream and vodka liquor).
  2. Seafood Clams * * * stuffed with chop clams, shrimp and scallop served with scampi sauce.
  3. Caprese * * * a slice of tomato topped with fresh Mozzarella cheese with homemade balsamic vinaigrette.
  4. Fried Calamari * * * served with a reduction of balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

SALAD INCLUDED

Made with spring mix with tomato, onions, cucumber served with Italian marinated vinaigrette.

  1. VEAL BRACCIOLE * * * stuffed with Prosciutto di Parma, Pancetta, Italian Ham with homemade and handmade Gnocchi in a veal stock, Italian seasoning, red wine sauce.

  3. STUFFED GROUPER * * * with a mousse of chopped crab meat, scallops and shrimp served with a scampi sauce made with lemon juice, garlic, butter and white wine sauce with sauteed vegetables.
  4. NEW YORK SIRLOIN STEAK * * *   topped with sautéed onions and mushrooms with vegetables.
